Ariawan Gunadi

Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi, S.H., M.H. is the youngest professor of business law and international trade law in Indonesia, recognized by the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI). Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi often serves as an expert witness in various court cases, both domestically and internationally. He also serves as the Chairman of Jakarta International Arbitration Centre.

Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi is currently the Chairman of the Tarumanagara Foundation. The Tarumanagara Foundation is the parent organization of Tarumanagara University, Royal Taruma Hospital, Tarumanagara Institute, and several other companiesunder its umbrella. Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi also has experience as a visiting lecturer at various higher education institutions, both within Indonesia and abroad. He is also appointed as the Chairman of ALUMNI PENABUR INDONESIA. I He currently serves as the Honorary Professor of the Military Law College (STHM). He served ast he Vice Rector of Tarumanagara University from 2016 to 2020 and has experience as a Rector at other institutions. Additionally, he is active as a Trustee, Supervisor, and Manager in various social foundations.

Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi has corporate experience, having served as a member of the Board of Commissioners and as a Director in several companies. He has also previously served as an expert in the Ministry, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), the Agency for Pancasila Ideology Education (BPIP), and the Jakarta Provincial Government. Furthermore, he founded the law firm AG & Partners and currently serves as its President Director/Managing Partner. Prof. Ariawan is also an accredited arbitrator and mediator in Indonesia and Singapore.

Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi's academic experience includes studying Foundation/Corporate Governance at several universities in the United States. He frequently presents at international conferences, such as the Asian Law Institute Conference and ASIANSIL, alongside the UN Secretary-General and at other international events in Asia, Australia, Europe, China, and the United States. He has been invited as a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University and several other universities.
Prof. Dr. Ariawan Gunadi has also been invited as a delegate in a meeting with the Indonesian Special Envoy to the United Nations (UN) & World Trade Organization (WTO) at the UN & WTO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. He is also appointed as the Chairman of the Central Board of Alpenindo (Indonesian Penabur Alumni) and Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Chinese Social Association Central Board for Education and Health Affairs.
