As the founder of Sidelah HR, I bring a wealth of multifaceted experience across various industries and the global staffing sector, strengthened by an MBA from the UK. My journey has been anything but conventional—it’s one marked by resilience, faith, and a deep desire to help others succeed.

Sidelah HR was born not from privilege, but from pain. After working with international companies in demanding sales roles, I faced unfair treatment, layoffs, and unpaid dues. I know firsthand what it feels like to be left out, unheard, and undervalued. But through those setbacks, I found a higher purpose: to help others find not just a job, but dignity, hope, and opportunity.

With zero investment but unshakable faith, I started this company after being let go by a recruitment firm. I had nothing but support from my parents, my church, and a burning desire to make a difference. I used what little I had to create a brand, register my business, and build something meaningful—one placement at a time.

At Sidelah HR, we don’t just match resumes to roles. We create meaningful connections that uplift lives and empower businesses. Our mission is rooted in professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion to serve. Every client we work with and every candidate we place brings us closer to a world where recruitment is more human, more just, and more impactful.

Giving back is also at the heart of everything we do. A portion of our profits is donated to charitable causes and essential civil services within the community. Even with limited resources, I’ve remained committed to doing what I can—because I believe success means nothing if it doesn’t help others rise too.

On June 14th, 2025, we celebrate one year of Sidelah HR—a milestone that humbles me deeply. I thank God and God alone for carrying me through every high and low. And I remain committed to reinvesting everything I earn to grow this company into a force for good.
