I am Ashit BK, President of Young Professional Development Society Nepal (YPDSN). I have more than ten years working experience of social development sector in different I/NGOs and private organizations. I have a good leading capacity in organization, management and capacity to handle the critical situation. I can also play vital role in team work and fund-raising. I have been working as a section head and administrator chief. Likewise, I have also involved in various research and programmes of Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS. Similarly, he has participated in international seminar /workshop/conference of youth professionalism. I had been individually conducted youth professional programme and partnership project for youth development. In addition, I manages an overall function of office, administrative support to the representative by using extensive knowledge of organizational policy with a high level of technical skill. I operates with a considerable independent judgment and initiative. I maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, arranges the calendar of project, and coordinates with internal and external individuals to optimize time and to facilitate the exchange of information.     Moreover, I maintains the database of visitors/donors and follows up communicating with commendable people. I organizes senior staff and general staff meetings. In this respect, I circulates and compiles records heading on action points. Also, I acts as rapporteur in meetings/seminars whenever required. Most significantly, I have excellent interpersonal skills to require coordination, courtesy, and tact, which are necessary to communicate effectively with staff, partners, donors and visitors. Thus, the recruits feel proud of working with team and achieve the knowledge and the skills. In regard of I have graduated in Sociology /Anthropology and English from Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus, Kathmandu. Also, I have Master's Degree in Public Administration from Public Administration Campus, Tribhuvan University, and Kathmandu. In this respect, I was active, energetic, qualified and capable member of this organization. As a result, I was carrying on a very development with better understanding of I duty and responsibility.
