Ayisat Abilogun

Ayisat Abilogun is a dynamic leader based in Dallas, Texas, renowned for her dedication to small business development, economic empowerment, and financial education. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Texas Entrepreneur Ecosystem and CEO of the Financial Leadership Club of America (FLCA), where she spearheads initiatives aimed at enhancing financial literacy and supporting minority-owned businesses.
Under her leadership, FLCA developed a curriculum that has reached over 20,000 students and partnered with various organizations at the national, state, and local levels. A key initiative led by Ayisat is the Minority Business Accelerator (FLCA-MBA), which focuses on empowering small businesses through targeted support and resources.
Beyond her work with FLCA, Ayisat is an Economic Development Consultant, who collaborated with the US Department of Commerce, US EDA on a project aimed at building economic resilience and fostering a global business hub. This project emphasized strategic planning, global trade, and the integration of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility into development practices.
Ayisat is also an accomplished author and speaker, sharing her expertise and insights on financial empowerment and community development. She resides in Texas with her husband and two children and enjoys listening to audiobooks in her leisure time.
