mr. baba ceesay is the ceo and founder of the balance crew. he is the former country coordinator of the global youth parliament gambia chapter. he won the best leader award global youth parliament in nepal, thailand. he is currently head of gyp africa. he worked at gt bank for over six (6) years. he is the former commercial manager of afro nut. the project coordinator gcca/sgp/support gambia project. he is also the former business consultant of the observer. he backed ba in public administration and certified accounting technician. mr. ceesay also host a very youth popular show call the " the balance ", on the national tv grts. he also organized the only youth award in the country three consecutive year. he is the current regional coordinator of gyp africa chapter.
