Professional Background: Mr. Guy Daniel Balard is a former professional soccer player who has dedicated his career after sports to helping urban youth. His NGO, Des Souvenirs pour Tous (Memories for All), the new Name is Réussite & Avenir Pour Tous (Succès and Futur for All), works to instill sound professional, social and civic values in at-risk youth by engaging the youngsters in sports, community service, and tutoring. Through the work of his organization, Mr. Balard seeks to apply principles he learned while earning a degree in economics to the problems of racial bias and employment inequality in France. Since 2010 he is à Founder of CIDDC who are helping foreign companies to locate in Cameroun for create jobs, transfer skills....and participate in the national Project "Cameroun emergency in 2035"
