When not plying her trade as a Change, Development & Innovation (CDI) leader, she's hard at work serving as Principal Consultant ( Guyana), Chairwoman (Trinidad and Tobago), Executive Producer & Radio Host (Antigua and Barbuda), and Chairperson (Jamaica) leading multidisciplinary teams of local, regional, and international experts. Her regional CDI efforts include consulting and providing inputs that help guide Guyana’s unprecedented sociocultural and economic change and development portfolio. She is also currently serving the homeless and unhoused populations statewide and in California’s capitol, Sacramento where she serves as Chair of several policy, regional equity and lived experiences committees. A sought-after motivational speaker and empathetic listener, Ms. Beazer is considered one of the leading voices in the CDI space.
Ms. Beazer is an honorably discharged U.S. Armed Forces veteran who holds a BA in Communication Studies (minor in Government, is a Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid provider, Certified Human Rights Consultant and Life & Business Coach who is currently completing her MA in Human Development, while leading an award-winning international team of experts in development of first-time Correctional standards for the country of Jamaica and serving as Chairwoman of the International Black Chamber of Industry & Commerce. Her work continues to provide transformative CDI impacts in psychosocial health & wellness; crime and justice reimagination and reform; workforce development and capacity building; diversity, equity & inclusion; disability and inclusion; excellence & ethics in leadership and public governance; national development; entrepreneurship & business development; climate justice; agriculture and the environment; sustainable strategic and innovative public policy & partnerships, as well as micro and macro social change and innovation spaces continue to provide transformative results.
