Currently serving as the Director of Startups and Support Structures at the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Microenterprises in Algeria, I lead national efforts to structure, strengthen, and advance innovation ecosystems across the country. My role involves fostering the creation of innovative enterprises, equipping incubators, accelerators, and FabLabs, and supporting high-potential startups, particularly in strategic sectors such as EdTech, AgriTech, and HealthTech.

With a PhD in Telecommunications Networks, I have built a career that bridges academic expertise, institutional leadership, and hands-on fieldwork. My experience in both academia and startup support structures has enabled me to oversee hundreds of innovation projects, transform ideas into viable businesses, and build tangible bridges between research, industry, and the market.
