Betsy Shaver

Betsy Shaver is the VP of Operations for MindCette, LLC. Prior to joining MindCette, she spent 9 years with Miele appliances, where she grew her territory an average of 10% in the wake of "The Great [U.S.] Recession." She created a same-day pilot program which netted 7% growth in the first month of implementation. Before that, Betsy spent nearly 5 years with tech giant HP, where she was responsible for an annual budget of $75M. Her multi-channel experience with prominent brands prepared her to oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic vision of MindCette.

Betsy holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography with a focus on political geography from the University of Mary Washington and is fluent in German.
