As a dedicated PhD scholar in Doctor of Business Leadership, I bring over 14 years of diverse experience in academia and leadership, distinguished by a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational transformation, and innovative project management.

I am an internationally certified Trainer of Trainers and currently serve as the Director of Institutional Transformation at Jigjiga University, where I lead initiatives that promote institutional excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. My commitment to academic leadership is further demonstrated through my role as the Associate Dean of the College of Business and Economics, along with my teaching experiences as a contract lecturer at the University of Hargeisa in Somaliland and in African Graduate Studies at Jigjiga University. Additionally, I serve as a trainer at Dereja.com, empowering individuals through skill development and career advancement.

My professional journey is marked by numerous accolades, including the Gold Medal for outstanding performance in the School of Business and Economics at Adama University, the Gold Tournament Award for being the top graduate of my class, the Crystal Cup for Best Leader at Jigjiga University, and a Certificate of Recognition for Best Teacher. I hold prestigious certifications such as the Partnership in Business Entrepreneurship and Leadership Transformation (PiBELT) from Indiana University and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn Learning.

As the owner and General Manager of Beza Training and Consultancy, I have successfully led a variety of training programs, business plan developments, and feasibility studies, enabling numerous institutions and organizations to thrive. My expertise spans subjects like Advanced Financial Management, Quantitative Methods for Decision Making, and Strategic Management, allowing me to deliver a comprehensive educational experience tailored to the needs of my audience.

Additionally, I have conducted over seven research projects as a principal investigator, contributing significant insights to the field of business leadership.
