Country Director, Africa’s Talking (Ghana) Ltd & Founder, Blohum International BI Limited

Kofi Tandoh is the Country Director of Africa’s Talking (AT) in Ghana, a role he has held since helping establish the company’s operations in the country in 2018. He led the successful acquisition of a Value-Added Service (VAS) License from the National Communications Authority (NCA), enabling AT to operate legally and effectively in the Ghanaian market. Under his leadership, AT Ghana has consistently remained profitable.

Beyond Ghana, Kofi holds commercial and partnership responsibilities across West Africa for the Africa’s Talking Group. His role involves sales and revenue growth and managing high-level stakeholder engagements with governments, national regulatory bodies, telecommunications companies, corporate institutions, and software development communities.

Prior to joining AT, Kofi served as Sales Director for West Africa at Azuri Technologies, a UK-based company that integrates solar energy solutions with mobile technology to bring affordable renewable power to underserved communities in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Kofi is an alumnus of the University of Ghana and brings over a decade of senior-level experience across business development, sales, and general management. His cross-sector expertise spans renewable energy, telecommunications, education, agriculture, and not-for-profit organizations. He previously served as the acting Country Manager for ACCA Ghana and also founded Blohum International, an agriculture enterprise that supports smallholder farmers in the cultivation of vegetables and other cash crops.

He is a founding member of the GhanaThink Foundation—an international NGO with a presence in both the USA and Ghana. Kofi is married and a proud father of two daughters.
