ANDREA BOLTON-FYFFE

Andrea Bolton-Fyffe is an accomplished entrepreneur, business development consultant, trainer, certified business advisor, mentor, and coach with a distinguished track record in entrepreneurship development, business incubation, and organizational leadership. As Incubator Manager at the Technology Innovation Centre (TIC), University of Technology, Jamaica, she leads the design and implementation of business incubation and entrepreneurship programmes that support the growth and sustainability of innovative startups and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). With a passion for fostering innovation and economic development, Andrea plays a strategic role in strengthening Jamaica's entrepreneurial ecosystem. She provides entrepreneurs with business advisory services, mentorship, capacity-building support, and access to critical resources, including funding opportunities, strategic partnerships, and commercialization pathways. Through her work, she collaborates extensively with industry leaders, government agencies, academia, and development partners to cultivate sustainable, high-growth enterprises.
Andrea brings more than 15 years of professional experience spanning financial and operational management, contract management, fraud investigation, forensic auditing, project management, human resource development, risk management, and strategic leadership. Her broad expertise has enabled her to successfully lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, develop impactful business growth strategies, and deliver transformative programmes that empower entrepreneurs and strengthen organizational performance.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing entrepreneurial talent, designing and delivering capacity-building initiatives, and supporting the business development journey of startups, SMEs, and emerging entrepreneurs across Jamaica. Her ability to combine strategic thinking with practical business solutions has earned her recognition as a trusted advisor and advocate for innovation-driven enterprise development.
Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from The University of the West Indies, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree (Honours) from the University of Technology, Jamaica. She is also certified in Incubator Management and is a Certified Business Mentor and Coach.
