Maria Botta's first career was as an executive producer and producer in the entertainment and advertising industries. Throughout her tenure she collaborated with industry giants such as Viacom, Nickelodeon, SKY, Weather Channel, Turner, Univision, and Telemundo. Additionally, she has partnered with global agencies including WPP (formerly JWT), Grey, and FCB on multicultural and international initiatives.

Maria's journey took a significant turn in 2011 when she earned an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird in Geneva, Switzerland. This milestone propelled her to found a consulting firm dedicated to providing specialized marketing and strategic guidance to technology startups. As a Latina entrepreneur, Maria draws from her experiences to empower founders facing similar challenges.

With extensive experience in business strategy and marketing leadership, Maria is a sought-after mentor and advisor across diverse industries. Serving as a fractional CMO, she has cultivated relationships with tech startups worldwide while assuming pivotal roles overseeing business strategy and marketing for mid-sized enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, and global conglomerates.

As a strategist, she is adept at crafting high-level strategic initiatives and identifying emerging trends conducive to exponential growth. She has led pivotal projects and guided startups through successful launches and scaling efforts.

She is currently authoring two books and leverages her expertise to educate and inspire entrepreneurs and professionals navigating career transitions through various courses, public speaking, and appearing on podcasts in both English and Spanish. She also loves adventure travel, has hiked in NZ and The Camino de Santiago, and will be hiking the O track in Patagonia.
