Martin Brady

I am currently the Director of Business Incubation and Acceleration Initiatives at the Enterprise Center at San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico. I lead the Enterprise Center and The Big Idea Makerspace, driving entrepreneurship and economic development across the Four Corners region by fostering a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem and supporting innovative business incubation and accelerator programs.

Before joining San Juan College, I served as Senior Director at MB Design in Charlottesville, Virginia, where I provided creative marketing, strategic innovation, and digital design consulting services to start-ups and small businesses.

Previously, I spent more than 30 years at Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia, serving in multiple leadership roles. I directed consumer marketing for over a decade and was promoted to Senior Director in 2017, contributing to brand growth, product innovation, and long-term strategic planning.

I hold an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University (USA) and a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design (BDES) from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Ireland. I am also proud to hold 87 patent awards.
