James is a member and certified coach, Mentor and speaker trainer of the John Maxwell leadershipTeam. A certified United Nations Conference for
Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Empretec Master trainer for the
Entrepreneurship Training Workshop. A trainer for the British Council
Youth InterAction leadership training programme for Africa. A certified
International Trade Centre (ITC) Advisor and trainer of the ITC Business
Management Systems model, Compliance Auditor World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO) and Uganda's National Fair Trade Consultant, CBI Netherlands as a Regional Consultant for Export Promotion and Marketing Techniques.

James has trained and mentored over 2000 business owners and managers in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Mauritius, South Africa, Dubai, Namibia, Botswana, Ethiopia Ghana. Coached and mentored over 400 young and adult leaders in communities and organisations in Uganda. Facilitated and moderated at over 20 management, leadership and entrepreneurship conferences in Uganda and
Abroad. Conducted in excess of 300 leadership and career development
awareness workshops in over 100 schools in Uganda.

He has collaborated with numerous local and international organisations to deliver the above activities. These include, among others, UNDP Kenya, Enterprise Uganda, Empretec Mauritius, ACADRI, Small and medium Enterprise

James is a teacher by profession with a science background. Has postgraduate
training in Business management, public Relations and protocol management.
He has worked as a public Relation manager and in-charge of International
Relations at Kyambogo University, one of Uganda's biggest Universities. He
owns and manages businesses in Uganda for the last fifteen years.
