Celumusa Dlamini

Celumusa Dlamini is a vibrant youth advocacy leader involved in youth development and empowerment in Swaziland and beyond. He is also the co-founder of several startup businesses in Swaziland. His companies conduct business in Swaziland and outside the country. He is also a professional motivational speaker and certified mentor, speaking in events in Swaziland, South Africa, the United States of America & reaching the rest of the world.
He founded his first company, NET STORM TECHNOLOGIES™, while he was an undergraduate student at the University Of Swaziland.
Celumusa is a graduate of the University of Swaziland, with a B.Sc. Environmental Health Sciences.
While at university, he developed Swaziland’s first and currently only online radio broadcasting website for VOC radio station.
He has done consulting work in digital marketing and completed projects for some United Nations agencies including UNICEF and UNFPA and UNDP in Swaziland.
He is also the co-founder of PENCIL FLAME™, an indoor and outdoor branding company.
He also is a founding partner at TIM Group™, a people development non-profit organisation with a special focus on entrepreneurship development and mentorship.
He also created the first website to share academic resources and opportunities for Swazi Students, swazischools.com
Celumusa speaks on entrepreneurship and business leadership to various groups, in Swaziland, the Africa region and overseas.
Locally, he has given keynote addresses to the faculty and staff of the Southern Africa Nazarene University.
He has given an address to Inyatsi Construction, Swaziland brach, management and staff on the CEO’s invitation.
He has also given talks to the management of Swaziland Electricity Company, Manzini regional headquarters.
He also is a life coach and mentor, with the Coaches & Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA)
He also frequently is a guest speaker on youth, business and entrepreneurship programs on SBIS 2 and VOC radio station.
He has also spoken on business and entrepreneurship on various TV stations including Swazi TV and TBN Africa
He has spoken at the Swaziland Innovation Conference in 2014,about Alternative Funding for Innovation and also at the Swaziland ENACTUS National finals in 2015 on the same topic.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Celumusa studied Business and Entrepreneurship in Skyline Business College in Silicon Valley, California.
He is a Lions Africa Fellow, a USA based program, funded by the US State Department to grow African entrepreneurs and connect them with one another throughout the continent.
He is also a Mandela Washington Fellow 2017, a USA residential program that takes Africa’s most promising young leaders for training in the United States.
Celumusa has lived, studied and worked side by side with entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in Silicon Valley, USA. These include companies like Google, Facebook, YouTube, Lyft, Africa Technology Foundation, Garage Ventures, Shark Tank Live.
He has worked for the Global Entrepreneurship Network headquarters in Washington DC.
He has been a speaker at the Annual Mandela Washington Fellowship Summit in Washington DC, speaking to business leaders, university professors and leaders and entrepreneurs from all 53 African countries.
Celumusa has also done TV a panel discussion on youth and entrepreneurship on TBN Africa, which airs in all African countries.
He has also spoken about business and Africa on VOICE OF AMERICA radio station in Washington DC.
He has also spoken at a at a youth mentorship workshop, in New Jersey, USA.

SERVICE TRACK
Celumusa is the chairperson of the Business Advisory Board for ENACTUS, at the Southern Africa Nazarene University, Faculty of Health.
He is a founding member of the Innovators Association of Swaziland, a UNDP supported initiative.
He is the youngest board member on the GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP NETWORK board for Swaziland.
He is the vice chairperson of the Global Business Roundtable Future Leaders, Swaziland Chapter and he has been part of organizing the Future Leaders Summit in the year 2014 and 2019.
Celumusa is also a lead mentor for the UNFPA, Eswatini Youth Advocacy Group and he is part of the Eswatini Tune Me platform moderators. He is an experienced social media specialist and he has written and published more than 25 articles on youth relevant issues on social media, about entrepreneurship, education, personal development and leadership. He is currently doing work around research on the relevancy of youth sexual health and reproductive behavior to the socio-economic development of African countries, especially Swaziland.
Celumusa spends his time running his several business ventures, speaking to and mentoring young people in churches, communities, universities and high schools or speaking to business and government leaders about entrepreneurship. On most nights, he is up writing and thinking about growing scalable youth led businesses in Africa.
