I am an entrepreneur, international consultant, and executive specializing in financial innovation, digital transformation, digital governance, and international cooperation.

My work focuses on designing and implementing solutions that advance financial inclusion, digital inclusion, and sustainable development, fostering more equitable economic growth for individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, and institutions across Latin America and the Caribbean.

My professional experience combines the application of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, Open Finance, digital identity, and blockchain with a strong commitment to ethics, public integrity, transparency, good governance, and internationally recognized compliance standards. I believe that technological innovation creates lasting value only when it is implemented responsibly, strengthening trust, accountability, and the rule of law.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Counter-Proliferation Financing (AML/CFT/CPF), due diligence, human rights, anti-corruption, cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, and institutional capacity building through professional education and collaboration with international organizations, public institutions, universities, and private sector partners.

I actively participate in international networks dedicated to innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and public policy, promoting collaboration among governments, international organizations, academia, the private sector, and civil society to support the development of secure, interoperable, inclusive, and resilient digital ecosystems.

As a business leader, I advocate for a human-centered approach to technology that helps reduce social, digital, and financial inequalities while expanding access to economic opportunities.
