Professional career began after the army. While persistently searching I Immediately got my first ever job in a Tetra Pack juice production factory as a merchandiser even though there were only girls who did that work. There was no shame any way and after one month I was promoted to sales representative. My sales figures started growing very fast and I became the top seller and the leader of the sales department even without having several years experience in it. I was always curious about all business processes of the company. I remember when I asked our owner of the business about how he got the idea of the juice factory, how he did make the researches and the ways he got investments. Everything was very curious for me. Curiosity is bigger power than interest.
Every time more and more questions were appearing in my head. From budget and business conversations with investors to construction of the factory, from producing process of the product to selling it and becoming number one in the country.
Hard working, communicative, honest, purposeful seller with 5 years of experience - that how I can describe my first professional period. But the main thing is curiosity- as it became the same reason of my second professional phase. I was offered to be promoted to supervisor of the sales department but I felt that I need new challenge.
Restaurant and wedding events sphere was my next chapter. Getting a job was not difficult this time. The owner and the CEO of a big restaurant and wedding center were familiar with my qualities because we previously had a successful cooperation as they were my biggest clients. I was offered a manager role in marketing and development department.
Leadership skills, strategic thinking, technical and financial skills, ability to build relationships and create a team, ability to present yourself and other managing qualities were adapted by me. But the main thing was also curiosity.
As the content is limited here and I am running out of characters so I will move on to my next phase as in 2019 I became a CEO of the biggest customer service and event company in Turkmenistan. The company includes two big wedding halls for 1000-1200 persons total, the biggest outdoor restaurant and entertainment center and the biggest amusement and entertainment center for kids. So this is my summary biography. Next life changing phase will be the greatest for me and no matter how you call it - entrepreneurship or personal business, it will be driven by CURIOSITY…
