I am a dynamic force in the realm of Women and Youth Inclusion Impact Strategy, and my journey is nothing short of inspiration.

I wear many hats with excellence. I am the CEO of Springfield Events, a social enterprise that seamlessly integrates performance and event management while championing the needs of young people.

Springfield Events specializes in planning, executing, coordinating, and evaluating corporate, social, and charitable events, making a tangible impact on communities.

But that's not all! I am also the curator of The Studentpreneur Network, a platform dedicated to nurturing and supporting student entrepreneurs. Through training, mentoring, exhibitions, and trade shows with a focus on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and TVET Projects, I empower young and enterprising individuals to succeed.

My commitment to Women and Youth Empowerment has shone brightly for over a decade, where I have passionately mentored and facilitated the growth of countless individuals. I am  not just an advocate; I am a dedicated member of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Network, a youth facilitator, and a coordinator at the International Central Gospel Church.

My extensive involvement extends to international organizations, where I served as a Board Member in charge of Africa at the World Youth Leadership Centre and as a Member of the Advisory Board for the African Summit on Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ASENTI). I am the driving force behind initiatives like the Africa Entrepreneur Conference and the WomanRising Network.

Adding to my impressive portfolio, I recently joined the Canada Africa Network (CAN) as the Senior Representative of the West African Region. In this role, she focuses on networking, capacity building, and administration across various sectors, including Energy, Infrastructure, Security, Agriculture, Healthcare, Education, and Technology and also the Mission Director for Ghana at the Global Workforce Development Council.

My unwavering dedication to developing talent, creating impactful programs, and fostering inclusive cultures that empower women and youth is nothing short of remarkable. My journey exemplifies resilience, passion, and a relentless pursuit of positive change in my community and beyond.
