Charity Miller is a seasoned tech industry professional with over six years of experience in tech sales, solution engineering, and sales enablement, including leadership roles and DEI initiatives at Paycom. As the founder and CEO of Lime Group Consulting, Charity leverages her expertise to help businesses create and optimize processes that not only support growth but also enable teams to reallocate time toward more strategic initiatives. Her work has streamlined sales processes and driven efficiency across organizations.

Lime Group Consulting offers a comprehensive range of services, including process analysis, process documentation, business planning, talent retention and growth strategies. LGC helps businesses optimize their processes, reallocate time to more strategic initiatives, and build strong foundations for scalable success. LGC is also dedicated to supporting current and aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them start and grow their businesses with tailored strategies and guidance to support scaling and talent retention.

Charity holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University and an MBA from Louisiana State University - Shreveport. She is Lean Six Sigma Certified and carries several other certifications. Since launching her consulting business in November 2023, she has quickly gained recognition, completing an accelerator and winning an award for being Most Destined to Succeed.

With a deep passion for empowering aspiring and current business owners, Charity is dedicated to helping them build solid foundations for scalable success. She is also working towards developing an app that will house automations and provide businesses with an overview of their operational health. Charity is passionate about Christ and Fashion and has recently relocated back to her hometown in Little Rock, AR from Oklahoma City.
