Ms. Tshenolo Larona Chaba is an Earth and Environmental Scientist, climate advocate, and green entrepreneur committed to advancing climate resilience, environmental protection, and sustainable development in Botswana and the SADC region. She is the Founder of Conscientious Planet Foundation (CPF) a youth-led environmental organization promoting climate education, inclusivity, and grassroots climate action and Conscientious Investments Pty Ltd, an environmental-agripreneurship company pioneering tyre recycling, waste management, and sustainable agriculture.

Tshenolo also co-founded Hydrogeoday Botswana, the first of its kind in Africa, launched in partnership with the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH Spain). Her leadership extends across science, entrepreneurship, and policy. She has served as Secretary General of the BIUST Alumni Association (BAA), and previously held leadership positions including Director of Entrepreneurship (2024) and Director of Legal & Administration (2025). She is also a YALI Regional Leadership Centre Southern Africa Alumna, Nairobi Summer School on Climate Justice Alumna, and recognized Palapye SDG Champion.

Tshenolo has led impactful initiatives such as the Clean Earth Campaign – Palapye 2024, LCOY Botswana 2024 participation, and various community-driven environmental programs promoting youth empowerment and sustainability. Her global exposure includes training with institutions such as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Federal University of Viçosa (Brazil). Through her work, Tshenolo bridges science, entrepreneurship, and community advocacy inspiring youth, influencing environmental policy, and driving collective action toward a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable future for all
