The founder is a recognized and awarded HR professional with 17+ years of experience in the Tech, Financial, IT/ITeS and E-Commerce space both in Startups and established organizations.

Experience: Have worked extensively with Startup founders in the field of Research based Psychometric Analysis & Testing and regularly engages with Founders and Investors to guide them on their People Strategies. He has worked with established names of the world like Amazon, Genpact (ex GE) and Nvidia Graphics. He has been intimately involved with the Startup Ecosystem in Hyderabad with stints across companies like MySmartprice, SoCtronics, INVECAS and most recently as the Country Head (India) of HR and Admin departments at World's leading startup in the AI Semiconductor Edge Space. Getting the right person for the right job is my core competency (something that I have learned from the 30,000+ interviews which I have taken in my career)
