C. Daniel Graham

C. Daniel Graham Sr. was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S. in Education and teaching licenses in both elementary and special education. He also participated in the Global Gateway Program, formerly known as the Cultural Immersions Project through Indiana University-Bloomington in which he completed multiple weeks student-teaching in Kenya, East Africa, living on a sugar cane farm with no running water or electricity. This experience provided him with a global perspective and a passionate desire to travel the world. C. Daniel earned his M.A. in Education Leadership from the University of Indianapolis – Cohort XI.
C. Daniel has been privileged to serve in the public and charter sectors of urban education as a teacher and administrator in Indianapolis, Indiana. C. Daniel has assisted with turning around and founding schools. His testimony of overcoming various barriers and obstacles through his faith, determination, hard-work and his extreme support system continues to inspire all he comes in contact with. He is the proud husband to Erricka Graham and father of Emry Mattie Elise Graham, Cory Daniel Graham Jr. and Graceson Malachi Graham.
After his career in Education Leadership and spending some time in Nonprofit Leadership, C. Daniel co-founded and serves as the Executive Director of InerG Impact in Anderson, Indiana. Powered by P30 Indy, Inc., InerG Impact is an entrepreneurial support organization that serves as a coworking space and premium events venue specifically intended to spark a desire for change, impact, and an overall better community for the city of Anderson and Madison County. Serving as a conduit for connectivity and collaboration through entrepreneurship and innovation, InerG is committed to fostering the holistic wellness of members and clients while providing a safe environment based on impact." InerG Impact launched in December 2023. Cory also serves on the board of directors for the YMCA of Madison County and supports various local organizations who create impact for Madison County.
