Charlotte Reypens is a Senior Policy Researcher at Nesta, where she carries out research projects to inform startup and entrepreneurship policy across Europe. Most recently, she studied entrepreneurs’ motivations to grow their business and the role of mindsets in scaling.
Prior to Nesta, Charlotte was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies at the University of Warwick, studying entrepreneurial decision-making. She obtained her PhD from the University of Antwerp (Belgium).
Charlotte also held visiting research positions at Columbia University and at the University of Texas at Dallas as a Fulbright Scholar. Her work has been published in various outlets, including Organization Studies, Industrial Marketing Management and Advances in Strategic Management.
