Cristal Legrand is a passionate serial entrepreneur, personal branding expert, speaker, and women's rights advocate. Her endeavors span from fashion, travel, media, film to personal and business development. This award-winning, Curacao-born, Sint Maarten raised, businesswoman, is mentored by the incomparable, Dr. Alicia M. Jobity. A proud member of the Reign Society and WICCI USV. Cristal is a Hospitality Assured Business Adviser for the CTO. Founder of her namesake enterprises, Le Grand Creatives, Le Grand Solution, Le Grand Voyages, and her soon the be launched personal blog, Lady Le Grand. Through these, Cristal has devoted her life to developing sustainable economic growth initiatives, accessible especially, to the marginalized, economically disadvantaged, MSMEs, and SIDs. Defined by Creativity, her entrepreneurial journey started as a young local crafter and designer. At the age of 30, Cristal launched a line of tasteful, handmade statement jewelry called, Amanja Designer Accents. Now rebranded as Le Grand Creatives, Cristal focuses on creating unique, grandeur designs, under the mantra “We Create Presence.”  Fanning the flames of her creativity is Cristal's belief in people's unlimited untapped potential. Fueled by this, in 2018, funded by the EU’s COSME program, Cristal launched, 8 Acres of Diamonds. This conference focused on highlighting the viable industries to diversify your income portfolios. Cristal will continue this work through her talk show, 8 Infinite Diamonds, launching in May 2021. Through Le Grand Solution - Assess to Access, Cristal also offers training and consulting services. Le Grand Voyages' mission is to reeducate travelers about unique multi-destination travel experiences in the Caribbean. MSME stakeholders can leverage LGV's international marketing initiatives to access new markets and grow their client base.   In March 2019, at the Road to Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), Cristal was announced winner of Present Your Startup Caribbean (PYS). She has since promoted Le Grand Voyages at PYS New York, Venture Café Miami, and spoke on the “Resilient Islands” panel at the GES 2019 in the Netherlands. In 2021, COESL and GEN Caribbean appointed Cristal as the Chief Implementation Manager for the Entrepreneurship World Cup Caribbean and National Host of EWC St. Martin. A member of Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – USVI | Caribbean, and Chairwoman of the Entrepreneurship Division, Cristal envisions the competitiveness and global impact of women.
