David Jonathan

David Jonathan has twelve years of experience in providing information technology solutions to organizations and individuals. His work ranges from training students, consulting on software and web applications development to developing and maintaining websites of several organizations such as; the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria, the Nigerian Football Federation; and the African Network of Parliamentarians on the MDGs – a UNDP sponsored project.

Currently, David is the Webmaster of Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria, a local non-governmental organization providing care and treatment for people with infectious diseases like HIV/AIDS, TB and cancer. As Webmaster, he develops web infrastructure and publishes, designs and streamlines web pages using various programming languages. In this position, David provides comprehensive support for the management of the website for the Institute in providing HIV/AIDS testing, counseling, treatment, and education to more than 220,000 clients throughout Nigeria.

He is the Founder and President of the Real Factor Club, a youth group that mentors over 700 members in building strong character and maximizing their potentials, thereby becoming useful members of their communities. He is the Founder of Chayil Farms, a child of his dream to contribute to Nigeria’s agricultural sector by providing healthy food and affordable protein. His leadership, entrepreneurial and managerial skills have been employed in the running of this venture. David is also the Founder of YuQuest Ltd a major dream project that focuses on IT solutions helping to combat the growing divide in technology of the African continent. YuQuest Ltd currently is building solutions in the Health and Agricultural sectors. FarmAfriQué is one of such solutions tailored towards agri-commerce promoting intra-regional trade for smallholder farmers.
