<p>I am an entrepreneur, innovation consultant, startup mentor and equity investor with a rich experience of different industrial clusters, new market identification, venture creation and equity investment.&nbsp; During my Post-Graduation in Marketing &amp; Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom, I had developed a core interest to engage in the area of Business Innovations and Entrepreneurship. With this motivation I co-founded Clock b Business Innovations in year 2014, a company which has established itself today in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, private equity and startups in Nepal.&nbsp; I am currently serving as the CEO of Clock b Business Innovations, the company has which has provided mentorship, and supported 5000+ Youths &amp; Startups, and has equity investments in 10 enterprises from diverse industries such as Housing &amp; Construction, Fashion Tech, Travel &amp; Tourism, Coffee and more. With Clock b we invited investors to make joint investment in Startups and companies. After connecting with nearly 100 investors and facilitating 10+ investment deals, on November 16, 2019 we formulated a formal private investment company, Investment Circle. With this investment firm, we share investment information and connect investors together to make co-investments, particularly in private (startup and scaleup) companies.&nbsp;&nbsp; Clock b has also partnered with Embassy of India to formulate an entrepreneurial network in Nepal and India. With this CONNECT[IN] initiative, Clock b&nbsp;&nbsp;scouts entrepreneurial talents from all over the country; incubate them and connect them with wider market possibilities and networks of India and Nepal. Clock b has also made collaborations with government institutions to facilitate ideation camps and also run innovation programs most notably in Tulsipur and Itahari. In its 5 years of operation with Clock b, I have provided the training and mentorship at Work Together Foundation, Hamro Bikas Bank, Donor Projects, Industrial Trainings, WDAC Career Fellowship, Social Business Challenge, Connect[IN], MBA Colleges, Bootcamps and other 250+ workshops and training for students, startups, corporates, entrepreneurship enthusiasts. I have also worked as a consultant in Nepalese businesses and served at International assignments from UK, Germany, South Korea, Sri Lanka. Additionally, I am currently associated with IPPF (International Planned Parenthood Federation) as their International Social Enterprise Mentor.&nbsp; I am a purpose driven, process oriented leader and have successfully mentored and coached entrepreneurs in launching of their new ventures or pivoting their business model for success. I have partnered with 10 New Startup Ventures as their equity partner and am continually involved in the growth of these institutions.&nbsp;</p>
