David Burlin

As a driven Marine Corps Veteran and dedicated advocate for entrepreneurship, Dave Burlin brings a wealth of experience and passion to the entrepreneurial community. Currently serving as the State Coordinator for Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) in Nevada, Dave is committed to fostering an ecosystem that supports innovation and business growth across the state. Under hisleadership, GEW Nevada is set to host over 40 events in 2024, aimed at connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers.

In addition to his role with GEW, Dave is the Program Manager for Entrepreneurship at Vets In Tech. In this capacity, he oversees programs that equip veterans with the necessary tools to thrive in the tech industry. His efforts focus on expanding the VetsinTech Startup Network by integrating partners, sponsors, service providers, and budding entrepreneurs into a cohesive community aimed at mutual growth and support.

Previously, Dave volunteered with Bunker Labs in Las Vegas, a national network of veteran and milspouse entrepreneurs dedicated to helping new veterans and military spouses start their own business. Through his involvement, Dave played a pivotal role in building a supportive environment that understands the unique challenges and immense potential of veteran entrepreneurs.

Daves's background in the Marine Corps instilled in him the values of leadership, resilience, and commitment. These qualities, combined with his extensive experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, make him a key asset to the Global Entrepreneurship Network and the broader entrepreneurial community. Dave continues to advocate for policies and programs that not only support veteran entrepreneurs but also enrich the entire entrepreneurial landscape.
