i truly believe that if you put in hard work and patience, you will be rewarded with success. i credit this mindset to my success at a young age, becoming the ceo of one of the leading cardiovascular clinics in victoria before the age of 25. my name is dejan dobric, and i am an entrepreneur with a passion for improving the lives of others through the formation of thoughtful and caring relationships, and high-quality, affordable healthcare.

despite completing an mba from griffith university, i feel most at home in the healthcare industry. however, i continue to apply the lessons in leadership, management, and strategy to the way i operate at acs. highly results driven, i have a strong understanding of the market, and am extremely adaptive to change. building a strong network of like-minded people, and using this support to help others, is my ultimate goal.

i didn’t have the easiest upbringing, which if anything, has made me even prouder of how much i have achieved in such a short time. however, the main things i took away from my experiences was that the world will repay you in due time if you help others, and that if you want something, don’t wait for it to be handed to you, you have to fight for it.

as a leader, nothing brings me more career satisfaction than managing a team who shares the same values, and wants to help others just as much as i do. i tell my team what i tell other aspiring entrepreneurs and business developers that i have lectured and mentored; i believe that if you do not go home at the end of the day feeling accomplished that you’ve made a difference, then why do you do what you do?
