Dennys Eduardo Rossetto

Dennys Eduardo Rossetto is an Associate Professor of Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship at SKEMA Business School, where he also directs the Innovation Management and Creativity program. With over 18 years of academic and professional experience, he specializes in frugal innovation, entrepreneurship, and international business, focusing on sustainable solutions for emerging markets.

Dennys is the CEO, Research Director, and Founder of Glin²Tech.org, the Global Institute of Innovation and Technology Management for Emerging Markets. Founded in 2015 as a research center, Glin²Tech.org has evolved into a global hub advancing technology management and innovation for resource-limited settings.

He also leads the "SKEMA Social Ventures Lab," which has supported over 50 social startups globally, helping them tackle complex challenges and scale their impact. His work bridges academic knowledge and practical entrepreneurship, creating value in both social and economic terms.

Dennys has published in top journals such as Technovation, Resources Policy, and Scientometrics, focusing on innovation under constraints. One of his notable contributions is the development of a scale to measure frugal innovation capabilities, which is widely used in both academia and industry. He serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Business Management (RAE/FGV) and Scientific Editor for Innovation & Management Review (INMR/USP).

His efforts have earned him multiple awards, including the "Young Researcher Award ANPAD 2021," "Best Reviewer Award - AIB-LAC 2020," and the "Belmiro Siqueira Business Award 2019." Dennys also frequently reviews for high-profile academic journals, demonstrating his dedication to research excellence.

Dennys has extensive consulting experience in innovation and digital transformation for multinational corporations, offering strategic insights that add depth to his research and teaching. His classes focus on problem-solving, blending theory with real-world business challenges.

With a Ph.D. in International Management from ESPM, plus an MBA and BBA in Marketing, Dennys promotes interdisciplinarity and international collaboration. He believes that innovation must be accessible and people-centered, addressing genuine needs.
