As the Founder and CEO of the Global Initiative for Nigeria Development (GIND), he has built a legacy of transforming ideas into sustainable enterprises that solve real-world problems, particularly in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector.
With over two decades of experience spanning project design, execution, and sustainability strategy, Engr. Ale has helped redefine community development through local and international partnerships, impactful advocacy, and institutional capacity building.
Entrepreneurship and Leadership in Action
Engr. Ale is not only a seasoned development expert but also a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led multiple initiatives at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and community resilience. He is the developer of the Project Outcome Validation Aggregator (POVA)—an innovative quality assurance framework now referenced across Nigeria’s WASH ecosystem.

He also serves as:
• Founding President, Association of Waterwell Drilling Rig Owners and Practitioners (AWDROP) – advancing ethical and professional borehole practices.
• President, Association of Project Development Practitioners (APRODEP) – promoting excellence in project implementation.
Through these platforms, Engr. Ale has mentored emerging entrepreneurs, supported youth-led ventures, and provided technical and leadership training to aspiring change-makers.
