Raised in a household that deeply values creativity and purpose-driven work, Dhwani brings both emotional intelligence and strategic insight to her role. Under Dhwani’s creative direction, Silpakarman has emerged as a widely recognized bamboo craft label that merges traditional techniques with modern aesthetics. She curates collections inspired by tribal stories, local architecture, nature forms, and functional minimalism—making bamboo relevant to contemporary homes and lifestyles. The brand’s visual identity, crafted under her leadership, stands out for its simplicity, soulfulness, and celebration of handmade excellence.

With BeYouTea – The Bamboo Leaves Tea, Dhwani brings her creative insight into wellness branding, helping reposition bamboo from a utility material to a healing, health-forward superleaf. She has led the design of BeYouTea’s brand ecosystem—from packaging and photography to consumer education and storytelling—ensuring the product appeals to health-conscious, sustainability-driven audiences while reflecting its indigenous roots.

Beyond visual communication, Dhwani also plays a key role in crafting the narrative and ethos of the company. She works closely with founder Akshya Shree to align design with mission—ensuring that the company’s identity as a women-led, grassroots-powered, and innovation-driven venture shines through in every expression.
