Dijana Mitrovic

Ms. Dijana Mitrovic is the CEO and Founder of DM Global Consulting in Las Vegas, which collaborates with international and U.S. partners. In addition, she is the Co-founder and President of the Strategic European American League in Nevada, which represents a networking platform that connects businesses and associations in the U.S., Europe, and around the globe while partnering with major global trade associations, governments, and companies worldwide. Ms. Mitrovic works with the U.S. Department of Commerce / International Trade Administration as West Rural Export Center Director overseeing rural Nevada, Southern California, Hawaii, and Arizona, and as an International Trade Specialist for 14 industries in Las Vegas. In her former capacity, Ms. Mitrovic spent nearly four years as the Nevada Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration State Trade Expansion Program and International Trade Liaison at the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development. In 2022, she was appointed as the U.S. Business Ambassador of the Slovenian Business Club, and she was a candidate for an Honorary Consul of Slovenia in Nevada until she joined the U.S. federal government. In the community, she serves on the board of directors of Biz Assembly, Nevada's leading entrepreneurial support organization, Women of Global Change Vegas Chapter. Ms. Mitrovic is a member of the Vegas Chamber’s Executive Women’s Council and Nevada District Export Council and serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Councils of Las Vegas. She’s a member of the Latin Chamber, Urban Chamber, Las Vegas Asian Chamber, and Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada. With over 20 years of professional experience in public and private sectors in Serbia, Slovenia, and the United Arab Emirates, Ms. Mitrovic worked as a Program Manager and Consultant with the international organization Center of Excellence in Finance located in Ljubljana, leading Tax policy and administration and Leadership for managing reform programs alongside International Monetary Fund counterparts. She worked at the Serbian Government – Ministry of Finance and Customs Agency, overseeing bilateral, multilateral, and European Union-funded projects and cooperating with the World Customs Administration, World Trade Organization, and other international partners.
