Darius D. Korlubah

Mr. Darius D. Korlubah is a soft Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Training Officer at Vertulex Global Liberia. With over 8 years of career experience working for both local and international non-governmental organizations. with an understanding of varied donor approaches to multi-sectorial programming in different thematic areas including Formal and informal Education, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Training Facilitation, Food security and livelihood, Monitoring, and Evaluation.

He holds a Certificate and an advanced diploma in Networking and Hardware with a concentration in system support and repair in computer science from the NetLib Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) Darius also holds an advanced diploma in project management. Outside of work, Darius enjoys singing, listening to music, and watching educational movies.

Additionally, Darius holds a certificate in Servant leadership, the Deciding Difference, Fundamentals of Responsible Leadership for Entrepreneurs -Online Training, Mandela Washington Institute.

Darius is the founder and Executive Director of Emerging Entrepreneurs of Liberia a non-profit organization that exists to strengthen Liberia's Micro-enterprise system through increased knowledge in Entrepreneurship training, Coaching, and mentorship. We aim at identifying entrepreneurs who have the mindset and will to become but lack the capacity to achieve their goals. 

Since then, Darius has accrued other basic skills training in the field of Employment and Entrepreneurship leveraging His skills to other young Liberians by enhancing their skills in scouting Employment opportunities, positively responding to interview tips, Business Startup and Expansion, coaching, and mentoring.

Professionally, Darius has worked for both local and international NGOs in Liberia including the Government  Ministry of Youth and Sports as Center  Coordinator, Mercy Corps as an Employment and Entrepreneurship Training Facilitator, Internews Liberia Media Activity Project as M&E Assistant, Buchanan Youth Opportunity Center as Program and project officer, Vertulex Global as Soft Skills Development and Training Officer, Human Right and Science’s Liberia Volunteer Team Lead, as Consultants supporting other local organizations, UNDP, UNICEF, and Conservation International Project in Liberia through Business proposal development. 

Darius currently works with Vertulex Global, HR&S as Liberia Volunteer team lead, Norfolk Marine and Maritime services as an operations and HR assistant, and also a major business development Consultant in Grand Bassa County.
