Dharam Lokhandwala

Dharam is a multidisciplinary designer who loves to build, experiment and tell stories about it.

He is building YourLoop (UrL), which is a tool to make the asynchronous portfolio review process low-effort, high output and time saving for both the feedback seekers and reviewers.

Concurrently, he is a UX Designer at Indiana University's UITS (University Information Technology Services) department, responsible for redesign of various IU campus websites and improvement of information architecture. Till now he has worked on 4 different schools of IU (different campuses) with UITS and his work has impacted over 10,000+ students at IU.

He was a founding designer at an XR startup where he designed and shipped augmented and virtual reality apps for healthcare, entertainment, luxury and retail domains. He also advocated for a design-first approach to the immersive technology products and inculcated a culture of feedback loop among designers and devs.

Dharam has also Co-Founded Saladspace (In India) which is a salad subscription cloud kitchen that helps people who does not have time to cook by themselves a chance to lead a healthy life.

Dharam is a huge fan of speculative design, design theories, design philosophies, self-reflections, psychology, behaviourism and etymology.
