Dean Mesick is a passionate advocate for student entrepreneurship and innovation, serving as the Executive Director of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization (CEO). With a strong background in entrepreneurial education, program development, and event management, Dean leads initiatives that empower college students to build and scale their ventures.

At CEO, Dean oversees flagship programs such as the Global Pitch Competition, CEO Global Conference, and The Entrepreneurial Review, fostering a dynamic network of aspiring entrepreneurs across the world. Under Dean’s leadership, CEO has strengthened its partnerships with organizations like the Kauffman Foundation and the Singleton Foundation, expanding opportunities for young innovators.

Beyond CEO, Dean is deeply involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, having worked with universities, businesses, and industry leaders to develop programs that support student founders. With a Master’s degree in Social and Emerging Media from the University of Tampa, Dean brings expertise in digital storytelling, content strategy, and emerging technologies, leveraging these skills to enhance engagement and drive impact in the entrepreneurial community.

Additionally, Dean is a creative entrepreneur with a passion for art and digital design and public speaker, having given talks on the Business of Hollywood and Culture.

Dean is committed to mentorship, ecosystem building, and fostering the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders, ensuring that students and early-stage founders have the resources and networks they need to succeed.
