Arslan Javed
Dr. Arslan Javed (www.arslanjaved.com) is a globally experienced Innovation Strategist and Corporate Trainer with over 17 years of experience in human capital development and organizational transformation. Holding a PhD in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, he combines deep academic insight with practical, on-ground application. His professional footprint extends well beyond Pakistan, having delivered trainings, led educational initiatives, and represented national interests in Turkey, Belgium, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Singapore.
A lifelong learner committed to global best practices, Dr. Arslan holds dual certifications from Harvard Business School Online in Leading Change and Organizational Renewal and Leadership and Management. He is also a certified expert in building diverse, inclusive, and safe workplaces, specializing in DEIB strategies.
Dr. Arslan is the visionary founder of two distinct ventures:
CIEL (Center of Innovation & Experiential Learning): A research and innovation-based social enterprise designed as a "corporate with a heart." CIEL focuses on solving critical problems in agriculture, healthcare, and workforce development through simulation-based training and the integration of innovative technologies.
NUQTA (www.nuqtatours.com): A specialized tourism company dedicated to heritage, wellness, and experiential travel, curating journeys that connect people to culture and self-discovery.
His ability to translate complex systems into actionable strategies has made him a trusted partner for some of the world’s most prominent organizations. His extensive portfolio includes strategic interventions and capacity-building projects for the World Bank, World Food Programme (WFP), USAID, British Council, and CABI. Nationally, he has strengthened institutions such as NADRA, the State Bank of Pakistan, Coca-Cola, Interloop, and Telenor through high-impact leadership and innovation training.
Whether mentoring startups, designing AgriTech ecosystems, or training federal officers, Dr. Arslan’s philosophy remains grounded in ethical entrepreneurship: building systems that allow people to "serve while earning," ensuring that every innovation creates measurable ease and value for society.
