in 2019 concentrated my efforts in the fields of startup support in innovation process, R&D, finance, and mentorship with a virtual incubator and venture capitals which agreed to open together their office in Algeria. also following philosophy of humanity contribution focused on renewable energy solutions. starting with a most awarded company worldwide in this field:
- Generated a market penetration strategy and Initiated a sales team trained them on an international scale sales and marketing;
- Developed business opportunities in Europe and African Market, concentrated on the second one;
- Extended the representatives base by introducing new team members to the sales team;
- Proposed innovative ideas for the adoption the product to diversity of spaces and surfaces;
- Increased notoriety of the company and promoted the real renewable energy solutions, which are both aesthetic and efficient.
