Elmer Capcha Espinoza
Soy Elmer Capcha Espinoza, consultor en Transformación Digital, expositor y capacitador en educación tecnológica, innovación y emprendimiento. Cuento con casi 30 años de experiencia en el ecosistema de educación superior (universidades e institutos), trabajando desde roles directivos y consultivos para modernizar servicios, fortalecer capacidades y generar empleabilidad a través de formación tecnológica.
Soy Magíster en Ciencias Empresariales con mención en Gestión de Servicios y tengo una Segunda Especialidad en Innovación Educativa y Mentalidad Emprendedora. Mi trabajo integra estrategia, tecnología y enfoque humano: acompaño a instituciones y organizaciones en el dimensionamiento de proyectos y en la definición de rutas para digitalización (plataformas, licenciamiento, conectividad e infraestructura), siempre orientado a mejorar la experiencia del usuario y la sostenibilidad del servicio.
Actualmente dirijo CETYS, una organización educativa sin fines de lucro desde la que promuevo programas de capacitación y certificación internacional, articulando alianzas con instituciones educativas, sector público y empresas tecnológicas. Mi propósito es abrir oportunidades reales para jóvenes y profesionales, impulsando competencias digitales y caminos de empleabilidad.
También soy emprendedor: fundé Quirquincho House, un lodge de naturaleza en Madre de Dios (Corredor Turístico Bajo Tambopata), donde promovemos turismo vivencial y desarrollo local. Además, participo activamente en iniciativas territoriales como el DER Madre de Dios, contribuyendo a la articulación entre academia, empresa, gobierno y sociedad para impulsar proyectos de innovación y emprendimiento.
Mi compromiso es claro: impulsar el emprendimiento tecnológico y la transformación digital con propósito, conectando talento, formación y oportunidades para mejorar vidas y fortalecer territorios.
