Carlos Alvarez is the founder and CEO of Workep Inc. He is innovative in labor productivity, his passion is to start companies and hack their growth.
Quickly Carlos worked in several companies where he learned about productivity and influence of technology as a way to be more productive.

He's been an entrepreneur for the last 6 years focused on these areas: Food & Ordinance, Export & Import, and Productivity Startups.

His expertise's in entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing.

He began programming and building companies when he was 15 years old. His first project was hacking his school’s Wifi network in order to share it with his friends and create an API to allow video conferencing via Linkedin.

He founded Workep. Collaboration tool to connect remote teams, across all work styles and allowing integrate their favorite apps.

They were a global team from the beginning so they've got the experience management global teams, they had people in Colombia, Mexico, Bolivia, Russia, USA, and even advisors in China. During this process of working together, they simultaneously saw the tremendous benefits of a global and diverse team, but also, the challenges it brings and they build a platform to solve it.
