Eran has over 14 years of corporate and executive experience, making him a seasoned professional in various fields. his expertise includes business and partnership development, marketing strategy, DEI, customer experience strategy, entrepreneur mentorship, web design consultation, and delivering sustainable results. Eran is an energetic visionary with exceptional leadership experience, known for taking command of projects, forging essential relationships, and achieving new levels of performance.
early in his career, Eran immersed himself in marketing, gaining a deep understanding of business challenges. as a marketing director, he successfully created and oversaw campaigns for medium and large corporations in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Dallas, Texas.
in 2015, Eran became the youngest president and CEO of the OKlahoma City Black Chamber of Commerce. In five years, he transformed the organization with a comprehensive web and crm implementation, improved relations with elected officials, corporate partnerships, and enhanced visibility, making it a national resource. Eran's efforts played a crucial role in making oklahoma city a hub for google's grow with google campaign, and the chamber was chosen to represent google at the association of chamber of commerce executives annual conference in 2018.
eran also served on the advisory board of the national skills coalition in 2018 and addressed the house of representatives and the united states senate on workforce development and job procurement in 2019.
eran's commitment to veterans led to the launch of 3h corps in 2020, a company that supports veteran and veteran spouse-owned businesses. its flagship product, 3h direct, is a comprehensive geo-based business directory, offering a robust consumer experience and a user-friendly dashboard for business owners. several other products are set to launch in the coming year.
eran's creative talent shines through in his role as the creator and producer of citizen soldier, a critically acclaimed film depicting the oklahoma national guard's 2011 deployment to afghanistan. the film received prestigious awards, including the torchlight award and an honor from nascar. citizen soldier is enshrined at the infantry museum at fort benning, georgia, making it the only film officially endorsed by the national guard association.
