She currently serves as the Head of Transformation at African Bank, a role she was appointed to in October 2021.

Her career includes leadership roles at major financial institutions such as Permanent Bank, Nedbank, Absa Bank, and African Bank, where she has been instrumental in driving diversity, inclusion, and transformation initiatives. Beyond banking, Elizabeth has extensive consulting experience, having spent over seven years advising on human resources, recruitment, industrial relations, and learning & development.
