Mary O. Olayinka

Mary O. Olayinka is a dedicated and accomplished Executive Director of El-Roi Diagnostics Center, an establishment renowned for providing affordable and reliable medical diagnosis in a conducive environment since 2014. With extensive experience as an entrepreneur, she has made significant contributions to accurate diagnostics while also conducting health talks and medical outreaches to youth and women's groups, focusing on topics related to health and entrepreneurship. Her ardent passion for promoting wellness, particularly among women and children through proper diagnosis and health information, is evident in her work.

Mary holds a degree in Medical Radiography from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with a postgraduate degree in medical ultrasound from the Institute of the Radiographer Registration Board (RRBN). She also obtained an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management in France. As a licensed Radiographer and Sonographer, she has garnered valuable experience working at various esteemed health facilities such as EKO Hospitals, Chevron Nig, Hospital, General Hospital Lagos.

An alumna of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) - US government women entrepreneurial network, as well as the Health Management Program (HMP) at Lagos Business School. She has served in the capacity of Co-Hort Rep for 2020 and is currently a member of the AWEA Electoral Committee. Mary also contributes her expertise as a facilitator of Ultrasound training at the Institute of the Radiographers’ Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN). She is the current Chairman of the Association of Radiographers, Lagos Chapter.

She aspires to enhance my leadership, entrepreneurship, and social enterprise skills to create lasting social impact, particularly in advancing maternal and foetal healthcare through enlightenment and empowerment programs.
