Emmanuel Bamidele is a dynamic youth engagement strategist and program lead, driving large-scale initiatives that empower Nigerian youth at the intersection of digital innovation, climate action, and employability. At the heart of his work with UNICEF's Generation Unlimited Nigeria (GenU 9JA), Emmanuel leads the coordination of transformative platforms like YOMA, the Green Rising movement, and the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador Program (FUCAP)—mobilizing thousands of young Nigerians to acquire future-proof skills and take action in their communities.

He steers the national engagement of the Young People’s Action Team (YPAT), supporting youth-led programs like Youth4Youth and Youth4Children, and co-developing tools like the YPAT Dashboard to track grassroots impact. Under his leadership, initiatives such as the Green Rising Champions challenge have activated eco-conscious action in schools and campuses across Nigeria, from tree planting to plastic recycling, all documented and rewarded via digital ecosystems.

Emmanuel is also at the forefront of digital skilling efforts—spearheading campaigns for the Microsoft AI Skills Week, curating inclusive sessions for developers, business leaders, and AI enthusiasts to demystify emerging technologies and unlock economic opportunities for Nigerian youth. His partnership-building extends to tertiary institutions, government ministries, and private sector allies to foster inclusive, action-oriented youth ecosystems.

Whether promoting the Nigeria Learning Passport in schools, linking climate clubs to state ministries, or embedding skills challenges into local governance structures, Emmanuel brings systems thinking and youth-centered design to every table.
