Emmanuelle Nuccia AMEKOUDI NEE BOUITI

Emmanuelle N. BOUITI has over 15 years of experience in the international development sector, distinguishing herself through her leadership and commitment to social entrepreneurship, innovation, and women's leadership in Africa. Currently a Project Manager at Enabel, the Belgian Development Agency, Emmanuelle coordinates interventions aimed at improving the employability and economic integration of youth and women. She brings a strategic and operational vision to this role, significantly contributing to the empowerment of communities and their economic inclusion.

Her significant contribution to the digital economy sector in Africa is evident through her role as Project Manager for DigiBoost in Benin, an Enabel project financed by the European Union. She also left her mark on the entrepreneurial landscape as Incubation and Acceleration Manager at EtriLabs, where she led the EtriStars program, which accelerated the growth of startups, preparing them for fundraising and thus strengthening the West African digital economy.

She played a decisive role in the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, thereby reinforcing the West African digital economy. As a co-founder of Jokkolabs in Senegal, Emmanuelle pioneered the establishment of innovation ecosystems, fostering the emergence of young talents and innovative solutions and approaches. Her influence also extends to Central Africa, notably in Congo, where her work has supported social entrepreneurship and technological innovation, leading to positive changes.

Holding a Master's degree in Marketing/Communication, Emmanuelle is passionate about the alliance of social innovation and entrepreneurship, particularly in the training of young people and women, aiming for sustainable and inclusive development on the continent. Following her Mandela Washington Fellowship, she aspires to amplify her impact on employability and economic integration initiatives, aligning her vision with the ambitions of Enabel and development actors and contributing to socio-economic progress in French-speaking Africa, particularly in Congo and the West and Central African regions.
