Evan Paul Navarro is a Kansas City-based entrepreneur and systems strategist building infrastructure for real-world connection. He is the founder of OSTLII, a platform that merges private mesh networking with intent-based discovery to spark meaningful interactions at live events—ranging from startup summits to stadium-scale gatherings. Built for small businesses, creatives, and communities often overlooked by algorithm-driven platforms, OSTLII delivers low-barrier, high-trust channels for discovery and collaboration—both online and in person.

Evan’s background spans strategic risk, operational recovery, and human capital infrastructure. At Lockton, he launched and led the firm’s first new-business team within its reverse-flow division—revitalizing a unit on the verge of shutdown and generating $1M+ in new annual revenue consistently. He later joined Insperity, advising SMBs on HR compliance, talent systems, and organizational performance. He began his career in high-volume insurance sales, gaining frontline experience in fast-paced decision-making environments.

He currently serves as the Marketing Organizer for 1 Million Cups Kansas City, helping one of the country’s most respected grassroots entrepreneur communities amplify the voices of local founders and unlock visibility and resources for early-stage businesses.

Evan is also helping scale funding and programming for the I AM Foundation, an organization that supports at-risk youth in realizing their potential beyond circumstance. Through mentorship, scholarships, and leadership development, the foundation connects students from middle school to college in a tiered system—where older students mentor younger peers, and local business leaders provide industry exposure, professional conduct training, and real-world guidance. The goal is to create a clear, visible path to future success through belonging, belief, and opportunity.
