Esandu Dissanayake

Esandu Dulen Dissanayake is a dynamic entrepreneur, marketer, and youth leader from Colombo, Sri Lanka. At just 21 years old, he has already established himself as a trailblazer in multiple industries, blending innovative thinking with a hands-on approach to business development and community empowerment.

Early Education and Foundations:
Esandu is an alumnus of Ananda College, Colombo 10, where he cultivated his leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset through active participation in various societies and sports. A natural leader, he spearheaded initiatives that set the foundation for his professional ambitions. He pursued a postgraduate diploma (PGDip) in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), becoming one of the youngest certified marketers in Sri Lanka at the age of 20. Esandu is currently completing a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Solent University in the UK, focusing on remote studies.

Entrepreneurial Journey:
As a founding director and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Frontline Trading Pvt Ltd, Esandu has driven the company’s success in the logistics sector, establishing valuable connections and operational excellence. He is also the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Ideafy Global Pvt Ltd, a marketing agency in its formative stage, where he oversees marketing strategies and operations to position the brand for growth. Esandu co-founded the Colombo District Entrepreneurship Association (CDEA), a youth-led platform dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial skills and networking opportunities for Sri Lankan youth. As the president of CDEA and CEO of its subsidiary, CDEA Global Pvt Ltd, he leads initiatives that combine mentorship, education, and community impact, reflecting his passion for empowering others.
