Essam Al-Sharaby
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering ,Sana'a University. I am studying Master of Business Administration at Al-Razi University. I have involved myself in community issues including development and how to create a community of self-deodorant.
I got the award for best product innovation for young entrepreneurs from the of the Injaz Yemen 2016. I was a nominee for Earth Heroes for Youth Award 2018 for Western Asian Region by UN Environment Program ( Nairobi) as a distinguished entrepreneur in the field of organic agriculture in Yemen. Talented speaker at TEDx Sana'a Live 2018 in Entrepreneurship. I got the prize of the innovative projects pioneers on the organic agriculture project from the Ministry of Trade and Industry 2019. I have an experience in managing of CSOs with strong community . negotiation skills , building relations , dialogue and debating.
I have 6 years of senior-level leadership and field management experience, including building, managing and leading a team of professionals, and I have 2 years of experience in training small and smaller projects, I have experience with Economic Development, Resilience, Protection, economic challenges and social stability context.
I have several training courses in managing projects , leaderships , planning as well as a diploma in corporate management from Injaz Yemen Foundation.
