As the founder and CEO of MARTHA AI, Ethan leads a growing team focused on reimagining how small businesses run digital ads—making world-class marketing automation affordable, accessible, and effective for founders without massive budgets or in-house teams.

A recent graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Ethan majored in Business with a concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship. Throughout his college career, he stood out not only for his academic performance but for his ability to turn vision into execution. He participated in multiple startup competitions, accelerator programs, and tech showcases, refining his ability to pitch, scale, and lead under pressure. Ethan’s work with MARTHA AI earned recognition for its market relevance and technical innovation, positioning the startup at the intersection of AI, adtech, and automation.

MARTHA AI was born out of a simple observation: founders were either overspending on agencies that didn’t deliver—or wasting time trying to navigate complex ad platforms on their own. Ethan and his team developed an AI-powered marketing agent that centralizes campaign management across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, offering real-time performance feedback, budget allocation, and audience optimization—at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions. With Ethan at the helm, MARTHA has conducted over 50 customer interviews, secured strategic advisor partnerships, and built a strong technical foundation using modern cloud infrastructure and language models like Gemini Flash.

But Ethan’s story doesn’t start with MARTHA. He grew up solving problems, building small businesses, and learning how to lead from experience. His early ventures taught him the importance of resilience, customer obsession, and creative execution—lessons he carried into every pitch room, product sprint, and late-night work session. Beyond his startup, he’s led social impact initiatives, collaborated on nonprofit campaigns for at-risk populations, and built tight-knit teams that value both outcomes and culture.

In addition to running MARTHA AI, Ethan is passionate about mentorship and giving back. He often speaks with student entrepreneurs and young founders about the realities of starting from scratch—everything from building MVPs and finding early users to navigating imposter syndrome and team dynamics. He’s also a fierce believer in continuous learning, staying up to date on trends in generative AI, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategy.

When he’s not building companies, Ethan enjoys training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, marathon running, and studying behavioral psychology. His competitive edge in business is matched by his mental toughness and commitment to long-term goals, whether it’s on the mat or in the boardroom.
