Chevello Akaamba

Chevello Akaamba is a Surinamese entrepreneur, architectural designer and construction professional, and the Managing Director of Eve Design & Consultancy N.V. He holds a NATIN Diploma in Building Technology, obtained in 2018, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.

Chevello gained practical experience in the construction industry from an early stage, working on construction projects before developing his professional career. He later gained experience with companies including VSH United and IAMGOLD Rosebel, while also developing his expertise in construction, safety and project coordination.

In 2020, he began providing architectural drawings and permit-related services, which eventually led to the establishment of Eve Design & Consultancy in 2021, officially incorporated as an N.V. in 2023. Under his leadership, the company has grown into an integrated architecture and construction business providing architectural design, 3D visualization, building permits, project management, renovations and turnkey construction.

Chevello's approach combines technical knowledge with hands-on project management and entrepreneurship. His goal is to further develop Eve Design & Consultancy into a leading professional construction and design company in Suriname, capable of delivering larger residential, commercial and institutional projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality, innovation, efficiency, safety and client satisfaction.
